This paper examines the key producers and consumers of chocolate, outlines the health and economic benefits of chocolate, and explores how climate breakdown is endangering cocoa cultivation, leading to what experts have termed the “ Chocolate Crisis .” 1. A Case Study for Food Security Chocolate, derived from the cacao bean, is not only a source of indulgence and pleasure but also an important agricultural commodity.
